The Annual Concorso Ferrari is an event open for public and showcases the finest vintage and contemporary Ferrari’s in the dynamic and lively downtown of Old Pasadena. For a day, Colorado Boulevard located in Old Pasadena transformed into an incredible Ferrari Extravaganza.


Over 100 Ferraris ranging from modern-day exotic super cars of amazing speed and impeccable style to mid-century purpose built racers lined 3 blocks on Colorado Boulevard for passersby to enjoy.

People could enjoy local food while shopping vendors who specialize in exotic automotive styling, accessories, detailing, apparel, and travel.



The signature event hosted by the Ferrari Club of America Southwest Region delighted more than 5,000 car owners, enthusiasts and thrilled spectators.

The primary focus and a highlight of the Annual Concorso Ferrari event was the Coppa di Platino Award won by Kike Sanchez from South Bay Detailing, a certified automotive dealer and car enthusiast!

In addition to Ferrari, there were many more popular vendors and prominent sponsors specializing in exotic automotive styling, accessories, detailing, apparel, travel, and local food to compliment the star of the show, the Ferrari.



One of them was Kike Sanchez – the winner of the 2017 Coppa di Platino Award at Annual Concorso Ferrari event!

Kike Sanchez is a certified automotive detailer and paint correction specialist from Torrance, CA.

Over the last couple of years, Kike has had the opportunity to work on all sorts of vehicles, from high-end luxury cars to custom and exotic vehicles, motorcycles, boats, fire engines, RVs, and even airplanes!

He has also provided his detailing skills for prestigious car makers in major and popular car shows around the country in the recent years and has been recognized for his accomplishments.


Winning the 2017 Coppa di Platino Award at Annual Concorso Ferrari is the best proof of Kike’s skills and dedication.

The 2004 Ferrari Challenge Stradale is a low production track car inspired by the 360 Modena Challenge racing car series so the focus was primarily on improving its track lapping performance credentials by concentrating on handling, braking and weight reduction characteristics, which are essential in pure racing cars.


2014 Ferrari Challenge Stradale is up to 243 lb (110 kg) lighter than the standard Modena if all the lightweight options are specified such as deleted radio, lexan door windows and Alcantara fabric.

Kike owns South Bay Detailing and has been servicing Southern California for the last 15 years.
